Epstein rejects Sox' latest offer

What's That? No... still not enough dough...

According to an article written in the Boston Globe this morning by Gordon Edes and Chris Snow, Epstein rejects upgraded offer from Sox, current Red Sox General Manager Theo Epstein rjected an offer made by the club, which was reportedly in the vacinity of 1.3 mil per year for three years. For more information on the situation, check out the Globe's coverage...

In other Sox clubhouse news, they have fired the club's physical therapist Chris Correnti. He was the man responsible for helping Pedro through his shoulder problems. And come to think of it, besides Schilling, and Pedro two years ago, the Sox' pitching staff has done pretty well with avoiding injuries. According to the Globe, many in the organization were completely shocked and blind-sided by the decision... Hmmm...

That sounds pretty random to me...
